Poster Design

Overview

This course is designed to involve students in the application of graphic design principles in developing creative skills to generate strong visual concepts to solve visual communication problems in poster design. It is a working studio class and through lectures, discussions, demonstrations and hands-on projects, students will execute highly finished graphic design projects using manual and electronic means. This will be followed by hands on poster projects in various poster types, interspersed with critiques of sketches assignments and project works.
